Consider replacing your F30i cushion every 3 to 6 months to maintain a secure seal. Signs for replacement include visible cushion damage like cracks, discomfort, hardness resulting in pressure points or irritation, and a constantly leaky seal despite attempts to address it. ™

Regular cleaning of the CPAP cushion offers improved hygiene and comfort, minimizing the risk of acne breakouts and skin irritation. Additionally, enhanced performance is achieved by eliminating facial oils, sweat, saliva, or dirt, ensuring a secure and consistent seal. Moreover, regular cleaning extends the equipment's lifespan, leading to long-term cost savings on replacement supplies. ™

Clean your F30i cushion daily after use using warm soapy water or a CPAP mask wipe. Follow the steps below for disassembly and cleaning, or refer to page 4 of your owner™s manual:Disconnect the lower headgear clips from the front of the mask. Undo the headgear fastening tabs at the top of the mask frame and separate the headgear from the frame. Remove the frame from the cushion where it connects on each side of the front of the mask. Soak your cushion in warm water with mild soap, like Purdoux CPAP Mask & Hose Soap, and scrub gently with a non-abrasive brush, sponge, cloth, or your hands. Rinse thoroughly and set aside to air dry out of direct sunlight.
