You will need to push the side buttons on the frame and pull the elbow away. Once you have done this, unclip the magnets and undo the upper headgear tabs. You must then pull the strapping away from the frame and hold the frame between the upper and lower arms which will allow you to pull the cushion away from the frame with ease.
