The Journey Zoomer® Folding Power Chair features a one-handed joystick control, is highly portable, and is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. It is available in Black and Blue and has a 35.5" turning radius and a removable battery.

Federal law requires a valid prescription on file before we can ship your item.
After you checkout, you will receive an email with instructions on how to electronically upload your prescription if we don't already have it on file. Alternatively, you can fax it to 866-233-7107.
Your prescription must include:
- Physician's contact information
- Physician's signature
- Patient's full name
- Prescription date within the past 365 days
